What happens after placing my order?
Once you've placed your order, keep an eye out for an order confirmation email sent to the address you provided. If you don't spot it in your inbox, please check your junk mail folder too.
All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 2-5 business days. In peak periods, like holidays, please allow up to 5 business days for dispatch.
What if I entered the wrong address?
Oops! If you've noticed a mistake in the address you provided, no worries! Just shoot us an email right away using the subject line "CHANGE ORDER," and we'll fix it up before shipping.
How can I track my order?
Exciting news! Once your products are on their way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please keep in mind that tracking information might take a couple of days to update, so hang tight!
