Change of Mind
You may cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it.
Contact our support team via email at hello@huggingbub.com within 12 hours if you wish to change the size or variants before we process your order.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, contact us at hello@huggingbub.com. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Shipping
You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can assess the issue and rectify it.
Lost or Stolen Orders
HuggingBub accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items confirmed as successfully delivered by the courier. We do not reimburse or replace orders reported lost or stolen after confirmation of delivery by the courier.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you desire is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will promptly notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically through your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
